Most title companies are more concerned with meeting their underwriting criteria than with solving your problems. However, there are usually several ways around most title problems, and we'll take the time to find the one that will work for your clients. Our underwriters can resolve the majority of title problems with you on the phone.  In addition, Continental Title Company, Inc., has Attorney's on staff who have the experience to resolve any problems, if they occur, in a practical way.  Furthermore, we can draw up the necessary legal documents in house, on short notice and in a way that will satisfy all legal requirements. We encourage the parties to close at our office during normal business hours because it allows us to address any last minute issues quickly and thoroughly.  However, we also understand it's sometimes necessary or convenient to close somewhere else, and we will go out of our way to to accommodate the parties involved.
